As part of our mandate to make IML an employer of choice, where our staff will see us the best organisation to work with, IML organised a workshop for its potential employees on Saturday 18th of November 2018 at the Holy Spirit Cathedral’s conference room from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
It brought about 53 candidates who were made to go through a 3 session recruitment process which included; Registration, Aptitude Text, Group Exercises and Presentations as the first stage of selection process.
Successful candidates will move on to the next stage of the selection process until the best are picked to fill various positions that are vacant or are be created
The programme saw all executive managers and southern sector branch managers being present to monitor supervise and assess the candidates. Both candidates and staff of Innovative who were present were refreshed after the programme.
